I always picture someone seeing a title like this and then sitting down with all the ingredients ready to go. They start the process and then suddenly Josh mentions put it in the fridge for 2 days. ๐ Now the person who thought they were going to eat fresh homemade pizza for dinner has to wait two full days.

Try blending a green pepper, garlic, basil, spash of lemon juice and olive oil. Sautรฉ in beef tallow and deglaze with beer, than ass canned pizza sauce, the kind with only 4 ingredients

For those who donโt have tomato paste, just reduce the canned tomatoes till nearly all water is gone.
What if you used lard instead of olive oil? Or some other substitute.

Use this recipe for meh pizza. What you really want to do is to put a can of Guinness in the dough, no tomato paste in the sauce thats stupid, and do use bagged cheese, just buy the one made for pizza, grande brand. Cook as hot as possible
Quick tip for pre shredded mozzarella wash it in water to get rid of the coating
No mixer needed

Yep, if you have to use your regular oven, just take 5min to pre bake the crust, makes it so much better

Unpopular opinion, I dont like mozzarella on its own on my pizza, I like a good 50/50 mix of Mozz and freshly made cheddar
