    I use food safe Zorbette Dri-Tabs to soak up excess moisture during storage. Works much better than paper-towels, plus you save money!

    I wrap my lettuce heads in paper towels. And put them in a plastic bag it helps absorb the moisture.

    For Onions Garlic & Shallots keep them outside of the fridge in a dry cool area
    For Potatoes store them outside the fridge somewhere cool, dark, and dry
    For Cucumbers store them in bag with holes outside of the fridge (cool spot)
    For Tomatoes store them on the kitchen counter
    For Bananas wrap the top with plastic wrap and then store outside of the fridge

    For Lettuce wrap them in foil and place in the fridge
    For Herbs wrap them in a moist paper towel and then place in a ziplock bag . Store in fridge
    For Scallions & Asparagus store them in the fridge in a jar filled halfway with water covered loosely
    For Ginger and Lemon they do best stored in the fridge
    For Bananas wrap the tops in plastic wrap an
    Keep Apples Pears & Kiwi separate from other produce

    To reduce fruit flies WASH bananas when you first bring them home(they lay eggs on skin & stems) THEN wrap tops with saran wrap
