All we can get in my country is 35 percent cream. Looks like I will just pour it down the sink or throw it out. Some recipes we really can’t find the ingredients in the stores.

  11. @dianawoods6991 on February 10, 2025 at 7:04 pm

I would gather that cream is pretty expensive so why not just buy butter?

  12. @missmolly8529 on February 10, 2025 at 7:06 pm

You didn’t wash the butter in cold water. Important.

  13. @closerwalkwithhim on February 10, 2025 at 7:06 pm

Thank you so much. If I wanted it a bit salty, when do you add the salt and hiw much.

  14. @Ckesto962 on February 10, 2025 at 7:07 pm

plot twist: your whisker may contain lead so now you have lead-butter. Make sure you know what your whisker is made of!

  15. @michellewawrzycki636 on February 10, 2025 at 7:09 pm

I have a question can it be done in a food processor?

A 4:29 video on how to make butter in 3 minutes 😂

  19. @samgod on February 10, 2025 at 7:13 pm

How’s this possible? Before man had butter, was someone just that bored to mix whip cream so long to see what happens?

  20. @JS-wp4gs on February 10, 2025 at 7:13 pm

Unhygienic, unsanitary handling and completely fake as a) you’re not getting nearly that amount of butter out of that amount of cream under any circumstances and b) butter is naturally white not yellow. Butter is only yellow when its commercially produced as its artificially colored

  21. @aussiemouth747 on February 10, 2025 at 7:16 pm

Geez. I am all for home made but this is just an indulgence. I’ve made my own cheese etc but unless you are living in the Alps and creating your own energy you’re not doing anyone a favour. 🙄🤷‍♀️🦘

  22. @markjbig on February 10, 2025 at 7:18 pm

  25. @michaelmcconnell2777 on February 10, 2025 at 7:21 pm

I love the idea of having fresh homemade butter but I think that the price of the cream would be more than the price of store butter.

  26. @angeliclight-h8h on February 10, 2025 at 7:21 pm

Hi when I use my mixer it does not cream very well can I put the cream in a blender to make butter also I live in Canada. The cream I found is 32 percent so can it still work to make butter ?

  27. @Shamo-no on February 10, 2025 at 7:22 pm

  28. @bonnielee78 on February 10, 2025 at 7:23 pm

if you want to make salted butter, when would you add the salt?

  29. @riftwytch on February 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

Thanks for this video. My wife and I have been making butter this way for a while now (we even have the same mixer you use), but I noticed you put half as much cream in the bowl😊 as we were using. I tried doing the same, and got a much better separation of the butter and buttermilk.

I thought you’d need a lot more cream to make that much butter. What am I paying $8 an lb for? Thanks for showing me how to make it myself.

  41. @ian-online on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

with the inflation around the world we have to do this,

  49. @daviddibble958 on February 10, 2025 at 7:49 pm

okay, call me an idiot but I thoght heavy whipping cream made, well, "whipped cream"? lol

  50. @anonp9710 on February 10, 2025 at 7:49 pm

This didn’t work for me. I used Horizon Organic heavy whipping cream. After ten minutes, it’s still just liquid. Is there something wrong with the cream I bought?
