  8. @sammcdonald1975 on February 10, 2025 at 7:02 pm

    What’s the sensor called

  9. @dayronbig585 on February 10, 2025 at 7:02 pm

here is an idea, mix the vibration sensor with motion sensors so not only if you are doing something in the counter but also if you enter the kitchen, the lights turn on too

  10. @IAMKHARIM on February 10, 2025 at 7:05 pm

Dang it…. so you mean we can’t do "it" on the kitchen counter anymore in the nights πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

  11. @Connor-nv9io on February 10, 2025 at 7:08 pm

You clearly do not have cats πŸ˜‚

  12. @Chi_Tech on February 10, 2025 at 7:09 pm

    Awesome!

  13. @HallamLudhial on February 10, 2025 at 7:10 pm

It might be smart, where really not, the five minute time for turning off the light is just waste of electricity

  14. @QWMlive on February 10, 2025 at 7:11 pm

Hit the counter for light, or just hit the switch on the wall 1m away. Lmao

  15. @Vlican on February 10, 2025 at 7:13 pm

i remember Samsung used to make those multi purpose sensors… but what about now?

  16. @JohnnyT1994 on February 10, 2025 at 7:14 pm

Doesn’t work with my cat fancying the kitchen counter

  17. @NiranjanBommidi on February 10, 2025 at 7:15 pm

May I know the Vibration sensor brand? I would like to implement

  18. @brentkleinman6926 on February 10, 2025 at 7:16 pm

    Genius

  19. @Actsofshadows on February 10, 2025 at 7:16 pm

For the ones not able to install smthng like that: set command "midnight snack" and link it to the stuff
For android users: macrodroid does the job perfectly fine with some chatgpt help for the scripts if you’re not into coding

  20. @romeokamil on February 10, 2025 at 7:17 pm

Huh… Would be nice to install this under the bed and activate dimmed red light and barry white when repetitive movement is detected and then once the movement stops just play some cheering crowd and applause.

  21. @G_RAThbun on February 10, 2025 at 7:17 pm

    Where can i get that?

  22. @n.gineer8102 on February 10, 2025 at 7:17 pm

  25. @lovewenwin on February 10, 2025 at 7:22 pm

  26. @9852323 on February 10, 2025 at 7:23 pm

It’s called a light switch. You should look into it.

  27. @KatieCat-q6t on February 10, 2025 at 7:24 pm

You can just get new lights πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  28. @lovshrm24 on February 10, 2025 at 7:25 pm

  30. @2Sorts on February 10, 2025 at 7:25 pm

Wow. In about 10 years time you’ll have saved enough electricity to have that stuff paid for.

  31. @thorben214 on February 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

ok, in germany we switch the lights with a switch on the wall near the door.

  32. @biels96 on February 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

  33. @qwayze_ on February 10, 2025 at 7:29 pm

Oh you know, just make the lights brighter overall so you can see…

  34. @dadsalleb on February 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm

you already have aqara presence sensor installed. doesn’t it?

  35. @alst4817 on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

Hydrogen really needs to be piped, not transported on high pressure trucks. That’s where a great deal of expense is added. It’s just a really bulky item at atmospheric pressure, so either you pipe it as a gas, or go to great expense to pressurise it to a liquid

  36. @kevinhilton8683 on February 10, 2025 at 7:33 pm

    Who makes the sensor?

  37. @EtherTheReal on February 10, 2025 at 7:34 pm

Way to wake yourself up when you really didnt want to…

  38. @Doodmeister0 on February 10, 2025 at 7:38 pm

  40. @Watchingfromfaraway on February 10, 2025 at 7:39 pm

I have one of those on my coffee table. I turn it on with my shin.

  41. @kz6fittycent on February 10, 2025 at 7:39 pm

It’d be even better if you got Alexa to announce that you’re "Engaging in midnight snacking" right in your bedroom. Just to keep your wife informed that it’s working.

  42. @kevinlockwood7357 on February 10, 2025 at 7:41 pm

I just leave the refrigerator door open. It’s still cheaper.

  43. @ronm6585 on February 10, 2025 at 7:46 pm

    Lol. Thanks Reed.

  44. @shanithezimhoni on February 10, 2025 at 7:48 pm

  46. @kamilsutkowski9284 on February 10, 2025 at 7:51 pm

Didn’t they discontinue the smart things sensors tho?

  47. @mantaship on February 10, 2025 at 7:51 pm

@Smarthomesolver how about making the fridge light 50% dimmer when opened after 11pm?

  48. @Mike.Muc.3.1415 on February 10, 2025 at 7:52 pm

Turn your bloody lights off while you sleep during night.
Conserve energy and do not be an irresponsible fool.
