16oz ribeye, 4 eggs, 6oz bacon, 1tbsp butter would be 1,900 cal, Protein-147g, fat-153g, carbs-1. seems to be a good place to start for your average man. going to give it a try for a week and see what happens!

  7. @nr-xp3dc on February 10, 2025 at 6:59 pm

  10. @BeNourished360 on February 10, 2025 at 7:03 pm

Feel so much better on carnivore! I used to have chronic fatigue, pain, inflammation, gut issues….gone!

  11. @ybe7011 on February 10, 2025 at 7:03 pm

I’m hoping so. Giving it another go after falling of the carnivore wagon and gaining a bit too much weight. So I’m having about 14 oz. GB for breakfast and about the same for dinner. Maybe ribs with all the fat. I feel good.

  12. @user-rf2fv6tf1p on February 10, 2025 at 7:08 pm

just not true at. weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you consume. you can eat nothing but cake & cookies & if u stay under your calories you will lose fat. not saying you should do that it’s obviously an extreme example but that is fundamentally how your body works. you should not cut out or forbid any foods in your diet, a balanced diet you can stick to long term will be the most successful.

Keto is just a modified Atkins diet – look what happened to Atkins on that diet “ his widow stated that Atkins’s coronary-artery disease had progressed in the final years of his life with a new blockage”

  16. @jasminemarie2344 on February 10, 2025 at 7:11 pm

I have been a long time abuser of my liver so I have worked up a lot of visceral fat around my mid section. But in saying that I’m not super obese. And my arms and legs are smaller scale compared to my midsection and face where I always put on the weight so easily..I have done the constant weeks of carnivore diet. With daily diet of just swimming for cardio. But it’s not coming off my mid section like I would hope.. what else is recommended? Because I would really love to lose my weight of the midsection of my body??

  18. @eddiec3675 on February 10, 2025 at 7:13 pm

Eating so much meat is directly related to chronic diseases, doctors that promote this diet is what’s wrong with the healthcare system.

Omeprazole , is no more . I had very high hypertension/arithmia, its gone. I was 178 over 105 give or take. My resting heart beat was 85 i was on 10mg ramaprill,10mg Amlodopene. Now im on zero tablets , resting heart beat in the 50s , no Eczema/flaky scalp.

  28. @synthiandrakon on February 10, 2025 at 7:26 pm

I mean cutting out snacking and focusing on eating just your meals will put most people in a calorie deficit with or without carbs as long as theyre being sensible with their meals. Im not sure how much the low carb diet really contribtes to that other than it being some structure to plan around.

  36. @karlodomijan3133 on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

Low carbs hurt you in the long run, at least eat 50g of carbs before a workout or some heavy activity

  37. @arelynndrobinsonzszelze4226 on February 10, 2025 at 7:32 pm

  40. @JimJam-x6t on February 10, 2025 at 7:44 pm

He’s right I went from 110kg down to 77kg over 5-6 months just eating mostly BBBE. I’m now at at an optimal weight for my build and size, it really does work. This is a good first step into the right direction of how we’re supposed to eat.

  41. @fireolive1587 on February 10, 2025 at 7:44 pm

"Optimal" all diets result in weight loss just by poeple acutally thinking about what there eating. But cutting about entire foods groups isn’t optimal there just trade offs. Like cutting out carbs you’ll have more stable blood glucose levels threw the day but when you comes to exerting physical force force your muscles are more glycogen deprived, impacting workout performance .

  42. @tanyasutherland5814 on February 10, 2025 at 7:44 pm
