    I followed this recipe to the letter… they taste very good but they weren’t firm like traditional brownies, and I let it sit for 30 mins before cut it.

    OH MY! You just merged TWO of my favorite foods! "Sweet potato brownies"? I didn’t even know such a thing existed! And they look scrumptious. Just the way I love brownies: rich, moist, and fudgy, gorgeous dark hue. I don’t attempt to bake, but I do enjoy watching other capable cooks pull it off.     Can coconut oil be used instead of almond/peanut butter (due to intolerance to those two)? And if so, the same amount as for the almond butter or less (since coconut oil 5 more liquidy and oily)?

    Nice video and recipe which was easier than i thought so thanks. I also added some walnuts since that usually that is how I like my brownies. How about a sweet potato cake or pie alright or maybe sweet potato ice cream.

    I see that you held it up with a knife, and plated it. This and calling it fudgey shows its a loose brownie and doesn’t hold together. Adding ground flax, or if you have a Kroger the simple truth brand vegan egg substitute is made from chickpea flower and chia, will help it hold together better.
