    Bella is burnt as heck😂

  2. @tinysmith1834 on February 10, 2025 at 7:05 pm

I have never found any waffle maker easy to clean….ever!

  3. @crystalc1152 on February 10, 2025 at 7:06 pm

I have the mini dash, it’s great for homemade eggos, and also good for keto "chaffles" to use for sandwich bread (I use the copy cat wonder bread chaffle recipe for low carb bread) and the size of the mini dash is perfect for that

  4. @1netie on February 10, 2025 at 7:07 pm

Try using the one cup of batter but also lightly spread it out so it’s even all around. I have found this to be the best method. Also, I love the Dash. It is great portion control. You can make a batch which makes about 8-9 waffles. You can then freeze them. Just pop them in the toaster for a quickie. The Dash also shuts the light off when the waffle is done no timer needed.

Regarding the Oster only fill the center so that every waffle look like a snowflake with perfect crispy edges

Picked up the Dash for ten bucks, great little waffle make and really fast too, btw your batter is too thick

  8. @micheleobrien64 on February 10, 2025 at 7:10 pm

Thin your batter so it flows quicker to fill without over filling with the batter clumping in the center. Good luck, i rarely got perfect waffles but when its right its magical.

  9. @christineh9805 on February 10, 2025 at 7:11 pm

I think the batter is just a little too thick to spread, that may be the issue with inconsistent waffles.

  10. @candyh9876 on February 10, 2025 at 7:12 pm

The best invention for waffle makers is a BATTER BOTTLE perfect amount of batter for every waffle !!

  11. @jimwilliams7136 on February 10, 2025 at 7:13 pm

Frankly I doubt anyone sitting down for waffles would care if they were even or not. 😋😋😋

  12. @LOADING...o.o.o on February 10, 2025 at 7:14 pm

I have the smallest machine but it makes the soft waffle. I want my waffle to be crispy.

  13. @PosiFwd on February 10, 2025 at 7:16 pm

With the dash chapel maker, I usually let it run for 4 to 6 minutes per waffle I like them, Kris, but they’re not overdone. The trouble is while the second one’s cooking you’ve already wolf down the first one, and while making your third one you wolfing down the second one, etc., etc. I bought the standalone cast-iron one and I used it on the stove with fire and anything I made came out tasting like one big waffle pancake. Nothing like you would imagine. It was quite offputting. I still have it $65 later it sits in my closet.

  16. @channelldaniels594 on February 10, 2025 at 7:21 pm

The dash mini got for 7 st Walmart. Love for chicken waffles sugar cones taco and vegan sandwiches of all sort.does great with rice flour. I really hv fun oh yeah pastry dough for in b owl sunder. I get creative with batter pes cookie. Oh yeah my daily is a garlic bread waffle .I’d just either spread out with spatula or add a 2 table spoon of flour can make a tad thinner. 😮😮😮🎉😮

I got the Bella for $20! It’s good!

  19. @sandybeach7009 on February 10, 2025 at 7:25 pm

I have a Waring Pro and a Dash Mickey Mouse edition. I prefer the Dash in simplicity and taste. It’s definitely my go-to. Interestingly the same batter seems to overflow the Waring but not the Dash. Oh and I have never used spray or oil in the Dash and it has never stuck.

  22. @barbaraa6098 on February 10, 2025 at 7:27 pm

    Great waffles, nice demo. Thanks.

  23. @1kreature on February 10, 2025 at 7:28 pm

Best waffle iron: Wilfa BELL. (WAS-623-BELL)
Makes 6-hearts so it can be split into 2 or 3 pieces for those folded snacks and cooks perfectly even.
These are "proper" waffles too, not that silly thick Belgian stuff.

  24. @lindamills9412 on February 10, 2025 at 7:29 pm

I bought 2 dash makers had a discount £21used them at the same time good job

  25. @mica4977 on February 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm

The cars may be best to be thought of as french toast sticks that you dip into syrup as apposed to waffle/pancake cars. They are adorable but I’d agree they’re on the gimmicky side for the amount of effort and space the device would take up compared to owning a regular waffle maker.

  26. @tleb8111 on February 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm

I ordered the Bella and the Dash. Very happy with both😊

  27. @santabarbaratribe on February 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm

And I think the reason for the cars waffles is for them to dip it into syrup

  28. @davesanders9203 on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

"Just over 1 cup" is the secret. Took me a while . I used the "Presto flit side" Flips to left then right for even cooking. THEN stores vertical for minimum storage space.

  29. @chrismayer3919 on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

Ohh, if ONLY they made gluten-free waffle batter, I could have such huge fun!

  30. @carilynjurgeson6178 on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

I have the Oster and it works fine for me and it is the perfect size since I cook for 2 adult people at a time. The Dash would be perfect for a single person on a diet doing a single keto chaffle at a time. Or for a small child meal.

  31. @DarrellWefel-ts2kr on February 10, 2025 at 7:31 pm

Generally 3 minutes is sufficient for most waffle makers.

  32. @grumpykat2909 on February 10, 2025 at 7:32 pm

Hi @Freakinreviews Thanks for the review. How would you rate these waffle makers with the Presto Stuffler?? 🥞🤔

  33. @sharonlaster2767 on February 10, 2025 at 7:36 pm

I can see your problem, it’s not only how much, but where. You do not scrape your measuring cup, so you always are short and varied in the amount you use. When filling the maker, start in the center. The batter will flow out to the edges, as you experienced. Your waffle iron overflowed on one side and was short on the other in the Bella. My mom made waffles all the time, but I prefer pancakes. LOL

  34. @samuelonthewall on February 10, 2025 at 7:36 pm

Which does not use the harmful non-stick coating?

  35. @headcougarincharge9027 on February 10, 2025 at 7:41 pm

ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TAKE A SPOON AND SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY ON THE IRON

  36. @brpark72 on February 10, 2025 at 7:41 pm

So as a guy who used to make waffles at a breakfast restaurant while in school. I can tell you that your problem really is the batter consistency. Its a bit to thick.

  37. @TrinityOffice-q8o on February 10, 2025 at 7:42 pm

My dog loves when I overfill the waffle iron because those parts are hers.

  38. @zeek11_ on February 10, 2025 at 7:42 pm

Wonder why the classic rotator got 4/4 with the rotator function 😂

  39. @AStepOfGrace on February 10, 2025 at 7:44 pm

    Jesus

  40. @darriansolomon9931 on February 10, 2025 at 7:47 pm

3/4 of a cup, and physically spread the batter with a utensil. That’ll give you a complete waffle

  41. @deezyD93 on February 10, 2025 at 7:48 pm

I just got the Bella, it rules. Consistent heating and browning of the waffles. No complaints. I have celiac disease and have to use gluten free flour which doesn’t brown or get as crispy as glutinous flour. This iron does a good job of crisping gluten free batter.

  42. @fin59shaw on February 10, 2025 at 7:49 pm

I love Waffles! Who wants pancakes?

  43. @2NDFLB-CLERK on February 10, 2025 at 7:52 pm

    ▪️
You’re supposed to play with the cars as if they’re real. Don’t you know AMYTHING?!
    🟥

  44. @fin59shaw on February 10, 2025 at 7:53 pm

My opinion – I love waffles. I don’t have any of these. My favorite is the Presto Stuffler, for actually making serious waffles that are fun, and a real meal. I am waiting on the Proctor Silex double mini waffle maker, I think that will let me make my own Eggos. The Stuffler is amazing, so far I have used pancake and cornbread mixes, mostly stuffed with meat, black beans, or both. Plus breakfast egg combos, you can make any meal with it. But, I want to make my own Eggos, I think the mini one will do that.

  45. @andrewsloane2064 on February 10, 2025 at 7:55 pm

Looks like the batter is a bit thick. You can
thin it out by adding a little milk to the mixture.
With the other waffle makers, when I am making
them @ home and the mixture doesn’t fill the it all
up, all I do is pick the waffle machine up and move
it around till the mixture fills up all the spaces.
When you are making the mixture, waffles come out better if you leave the mixture in the fridge over night.

  46. @texano1957 on February 10, 2025 at 7:57 pm

I don’t think you are filling them right. It’s not the devices it’s how you are putting the mix in. It looked too thick and lumpy most of the time and overfilled in some parts and not enough in others….

  47. @Hbd2002 on February 10, 2025 at 7:59 pm

    Your batter is so thick

  48. @educationcentral_ on February 10, 2025 at 7:59 pm

The chef mate waffle maker is solid

  49. @Brineytoes on February 10, 2025 at 7:59 pm

You have enough batter. You need to add a little more milk instead. A slightly thinner batter is the trick. It is also crispier.

  50. @russlikely1137 on February 10, 2025 at 8:00 pm
