Hey Kent!! The wife and me love your stuff (with the exeption of cooking the SNAKE). I cannot really BBQ during the summer because it is just WAY TOO HOT to even consider going outside and standing next to a grill. Help me out…I confess…I have NO IDEA how to cook ribs. None. ZERO. I have tried before and it ends up like tire rubber. Help a guy out.

The reason why you don’t want to eat the tiny shrimp is because they don’t clean out the POOP tube. It’s too much trouble to cut out the POOP tube. That means you are eating the POOP 💩

I didn’t drink beer like I was going to. I didn’t feel like going to the store. I’m assuming I would have had at least 3. I took my time. Stepped outside for a cigarette break a couple times but all in all it was about a 3 hour project for me but it wasn’t like it was difficult or anything . Only pictures but everything is pretty organized and labeled although I didn’t see any #s on the actual pieces like it shows in the diagrams. Only the screws were labeled. On the cardboard part of the packaging on the back side. I put it together in my living room too. It wasn’t supposed to rain today but it’s Michigan and I couldn’t wait so I put it together in my living room. Without beer but beer would definitely have made it more fun that’s for sure. I’m giving this a 5 for easy assembly. I’ll update after it stops raining when I can take it out of my living room and cook some food on it. Hope this helps at least for people who think they can’t put this together because I did and you can too . And there are extra screws. I got nervous and immediately came here to see if others had the same experience and they have. You’re not doing it wrong. There will be extra screws. Be patient. Don’t rush it. Drink beer. Happy assembling
I used to love watching you cook but the day you put a damn snake on the stove, I stopped watching your videos. I know it is cool for some people to be macho eating snake, but to me it is gross. If I were eating your food on the trail and you brought out a damn snake, that would be the day I pack up and move on.
Them big ole chops are for rich folk, not the disabled. We are not allowed great food, just cheaper frozen (most likely from china) stuff that are unhealthy and makes ya just fat!!

OK, I’m not reading all the comments, and if this is a repeat, well, it must be true 😉. The only cling wrap I use now is "saran" wrap. It doesn’t grab on to itself like all the other ones do. I even tried to be "green" and use one that is compostable…it found itself in the trash the 3rd time I wrestled with it.
It turns out US and German barbecue culture are completely different! 😉
lol I tried the smoked baloney, on my Webber kettle. Its delicious. Bit I do still like packaged pork boloney 😂😂 even if I was a multi billionaire it would still have a have a special place in my fridge. Great recipe Kent!!
