OK… you probably won’t see this since this video is a year old but don’t store your olive oil in clear glass. There’s a reason why olive oil is stored in either dark glass or metal cans and that’s because olive oil, and some other oils like flax seed oil, are sensitive to light; light can actually cause the oil to go rancid. So, for the sake of safety, get an appropriate decanter for your light-sensitive oils.

Did you add those drawers to bottom cabinets? What kind are they? Or did the house already have them?
One tip I found on YouTube was a day of box. You put the bare needs for one night in it. Made my first night so much easier.

Thank you Cas for motivating me to start finding ways to zone things. Today I got magnetic shelves for on the fridge and made it my morning zone with tea, hot chocolate, and my cream of wheat. Plus a put a shelf on the side of the stove for spatulas and things. I think this will help. I have a very very tiny kitchen. Ty

The hello fresh ad makes SO much sense! This is not a woman who makes her own meal plans and cooks from scratch. She utilizes pre measured ingredients. Her spice cabinet would be not functional!!!! The oil would run out super frequently and she can’t even read any of those jars of spices…
This is not a cooking kitchen!!!

I use metallic spray paint on my 3M hooks. Seeing that instead of white plastic makes me ridiculously happy. Totally worth $8 for a can of Krylon.
