The EASIEST Way to Clean Your Kitchen Cabinets | Day 2 Spring Cleaning Spree 2024 #cleaning #wow
Welcome to Day 2 of the Spring Cleaning Spree 2024! Our kitchen cabinets are a spot in our kitchens that can easily be ignored throughout the year. Out of sight, out of mind, right? Today was the perfect time, then, to open those cabinet doors and see what dirt and grime was hiding away. Depending on what your cabinetry is made of will affect what type of cleaner you’ll want to use. If you have natural wood cabinets I love to use Murphy Oil, as it does really well to refresh the wood and bring back that beautiful natural shine. If you have painted cabinets, my go-to cleaning solution is a gallon bucket of water with a few drops of Dawn Dish Soap. I then use my three-towel system; one microfiber towel that is damp with the cleaning solution to clean, one towel damp with just water to rinse, and a third dry microfiber towel to buff and dry. Our cabinets can be a big job, so feel free to break it into sections if need be. Once you’re done give yourself a big high five and I’ll see you tomorrow when we clean our refrigerator! #cleaning #springcleaningspree2024

HELP! My problem is…. the filthy vacuum/ brush touching the inside of my cabinets and drawers. I would have to sanitize them before returning any clean dishes. I don’t want the filthy vacuum touching my drawers & shelves. OCD. 😿

Hey how do you get grease off of wood cabinets with brass handles? My grandmas kitchen cabinets have a bit of old grease on them and I’ve tried everything to get it off even dawn!
My apartment cabinets have molding all the way to the ceiling instead of leaving that area open. I never knew that was an option! You lose a little storage space, but never have to clean out greasy dust bunnies 👍

Which solution you are using
We wish we knew someone who cleans as good as you do. We would hire for help once in awhile. Especially before the holidays or when schedules get too busy for too long. Things get stressful at times. Thank you for your channel and tips. Love the bin to empty the drawer for silverware. We put everything on a clean towel. A bin would be nice to just move everything if lunch or dinner happens in the middle of a clean.

I moved into an apartment and I looked on top of the cabinets…I think the grease up there is older than I am.
Vacuum is Hoover ONEPWR Emerge with the extension hose attachment.
Also, I watched a video where you vacuum out the window seals and tracks. All I could think about was that filthy vacuum brush. How could you ever get it clean enough to touch your drawers or shelves in the kitchen??? Even boiling it would not do the trick. That’s a case of something LOOKING clean versus actually BEING sanitized and clean.

What about the cabinets’ doors that are close to the stove? They often get oil splash on them, what would be the best way to get the grease off of them

I always use shelf and drawer liners. I have been in my new house for 9 years and am moving. Cleaning out the drawers has been a breeze as all I have to do is take stuff out and throw away the liners. They look like new.
